HAT TRICK HEROES,CHRISTOPHER JUNIOR, MVP, EBI OMINIBEKE MAKES FINAL LIST OF RESTORATION CUP 2018





Thirty players out of the one hundred selected during the second edition of the Governor Seriake Dickson football Tournament, have made the final list.


Highest Goal Scorer, Junior Christopher of Agudama, Most Valuable Player of the tournament, Ominibeke Ebi of Peretorugbene, and Otusega hitman and captain, Elton Mina were among the players selected by the team of coaches for the final phase of camping at the Samson Siasis Sports Complex in Yenagoa.


Apart from the thirty players, ten others were also picked to be on standby, ahead of the two weeks camping and training phase at the Siaone Academy in Abuja.


Director General of the Restoration Cup, Ono Akpe, who spoke from Abuja with the Media Officer via a telephone, congratulate the players for making it to the last thirty.


"I want to first of all commend the team of coaches for their careful and impartial selection of this raw talents from. They started thus during the competition till this stage. They have done very well. And I want to congratulate the players too, and urge them to be of good behaviour as move to the next stage".


Ono Akpe also hinted that the process if taking the boys for trials in Europe was already in progress, and soonest everything will be finalised.
