Reconciliation: Dickson Committee Meets With PDP Presidential Aspirants




Taraba State Governor, Gov. Darius Ishaku, Bayelsa State Governor,  Henry Seriake Dickson and Sokoto State Governor,  Rt Hon Aminu Tambuwal



The Reconciliation Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, led by the Bayelsa State Governor, Henry Seriake Dickson; Delta State Governor, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa and Taraba State Governor, Arc. Darius Ishaku. on Monday met two of the  aspirants who contested for the Presidential ticket of the PDP, which was was eventually won by former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar last week Saturday.


The meeting which commenced at the Maitama, Abuja residence of the Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal, was aimed at enjoining all those who felt aggrieved in one way or the other, at the Port Harcourt convention to rally behind Atiku in the 2019 elections.


The Reconciliation Committee later moved to the residence of the former Kaduna State Governor and the former Chairman of the Peoples' Democratic Party, Ahmed Mohammed Makarfi's at Maitama district of Abuja.


Both candidates pledges their full support towards the Peoples Democratic Party's candidate,  Alh Atiku Abubakar in ensuring that the PDP wins the 2019 presidential election.
