Before now, most of the facilities especially in the Education and Health sectors of the economy were an eyesore.

Today, within three and a half years, the Governor Udom Emmanuel-led-Divine Mandate administration has rewritten the story to reflect modernity and digital conceptualization through the initiation and execution of over 4,000 people-oriented and impactful projects handled by the States' Inter-ministerial Direct Labour Coordinating Committee.
