Masari makes INEC list as APC Guber Candidate along side 34 State Assembly Candidates



The Katsina State Governor, Rt. Hon Aminu Bello Masari is the All Progressives Congress( APC) Flagbearer for the Katsina State Gubernatorial election in the 2019.

Katsina Media and Publicity confirmed this when it saw the Governor's name on the Independent National Electoral Commission's published names of candidates for the 2019 elections as submitted by political parties.

Our source also gathered that the 34 aspirants that emerged victorious in the party's primary elections were on the INEC list.

The list as provided by the Commission, have  Katsina LGA candidate as Ali Abu Albaba, Mani LGA Hon. Aliyu Sabi’u Muduru, Batagarawa LGA Hon. Shagumba, Mashi LGA Hon Mustapha Sani Bello while Dutsin-ma LGA will be Hon Muhammad Kwamanda, Safana will be Hon Abdul Jalal Abduljalal Haruna Runka

Daura LGA will have the candidature of Hon Nasir Yahaya, Kaita LGA is Hon Musa Huhu Gafiya, Ingawa LGA. Hon Abubakar Suleiman Tunas, Maiadua LGA Hon Mustapha Rabe Musa, for Musawa LGA Hon Lawal H Yaro while Malumfashi LGA is Hon Aminu Ibrahim Saeed

Others are; Baure LGA Hon Sani Lawal, Funtua LGA will be Hon Abubakar Muhammad Total While Rimi LGA will have Hon Abubakar Suleiman, Kankia LGA is Hon Hamza Rimaye, Kankara LGA – Hon Ya’u Garba.

Charanchi LGA have Lawal Isa Kuraye, Dutsi LGA is Haruna Aliyu Yamel, Funtua LGA  Abubakar Muhammad, Zango LGA Tasi’u Musa Maigari and Faskari LGA will have the serving Shehu Dalhatu Tafoki

It will be recalled that Katsina Media and Publicity had reported happening during and after the conducts of the party primaries across the State.

  Inspite  of the deadlock in FAAC, the Bayelsa State Government has commenced payment of June salary to civil servants in the state, beginning from today,  Wednesday.                          The Government in a press statement signed by the Honourable Commissioner for Finance,  Mr.  Maxwell Ibibai said,  following the stalemate  in FAAC, Governor Henry Seriake Dickson directed the immediate sourcing of  funds to address the salary concerns of civil servants. The Commissioner said Government is sensitive to the plight of workers and will do all it could at all times to make workers happy. While stressing that Government holds workers in the state in high esteem,  he said Governor Dickson always gives priority to their welfare.  He also enjoined workers to be dedicated to duty.
