KATSINA 2019: PENSIONERS TO PURCHASE GUBERNATORIAL FORM FOR MASARI

The Association of State Pensioners promised to obtain Governorship nomination form for Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari against 2019.

@katgovmedia reports that the promise was made when the Association's leadership visited the Governor, at his office at the Muhammadu Buhari House, the seat of Katsina Government this evening.

The chairman of the pensioners also appreciated the Masari led Adminstration by his consideration to the pensioners, adding that none of the 36 states have been taken care of as done in Katsina.

Narrating their relationship with the Governor, the chairman said "we had in 2015 written to all the aspirants of which they all responded, what makes yours unique is the way you have fulfilled them. When we submitted the list of staff, your commitment to form the 33% benefits committees, it went beyond that which you had settled us all" he said.

He also reminded the Governor on their need for a utility vehicle and further briefed the Governor on their upcoming elections.

Katsina Media and Publicity correspondent reported that while responding, the Governor appreciated them and also stated that it is not a privilege to pay them but it is a matter of right. Masari noted that it is even religious to repay those who exhausted their youthfulness in serving humanity.

Masari also promises continuous care to the pensioners as all efforts are currently on ground to settle all outstandings and cater for their welfare.
